At one point, working at a big car dealership had its perks. Mainly, employees would get a nice deal for cars of their own.

These days, every big car company is having a "Employee Pricing for All" sale, where any person can walk in and get the pricing previously reserved for those who worked there.

This in fact equals out to a benefit cut for the employees. How is it that these employers are making it up to their employees as now they're equal to everyone else in the world?
